Hi, I'm Shiloh, and I've always loved making art!
I attended middle school at LaVilla School of the Arts, then went to Douglas Anderson School of the Arts, where I honed my creative skills. I continued my studies in painting and art history at the Savannah College of Art and Design for two years, and am finishing my bachelor's degree at the University of North Florida.
One of my favorite career jobs has been teaching art. I spent three years teaching art to children ages 3-18 at Children's Art Classes in Jacksonville. I also teach art classes at a retirement community, so I get to share my love of art with people of all ages!
Driven by a desire to combine my passion for art with children's mental health, I will be pursuing a master's degree in child psychology to become an art therapist.
Outside of teaching, I love painting with oil paints and glitter — my favorite subject to paint is polar bears, my absolute favorite animal!
